In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Goa Public Lighting Duty Act, 2021 (Goa Act 25 of 2021) and all other powers enabli…State Rules of Goa · 2021

Energy bills of all public lighting except the facade illumination of temples, churches, mosques and their outskirt shall be settled by the Department from public lighting duty levied and collected as per the provisions of the Act.
