The Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited (Nationalisation) Ordinance, 1984.Ordinance · 1984

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the existing, or new, Government compiny or any officer or other employee o[ that Government or the Government company or any person authorised by that Government or Government company for anything which k in nnnd faith done or intended to be done under this Ordinancc.

Proteetion of action taken in good, faith.

(2) No suit, or other legal proceeding, shall lie against the Central Government or the existing, or new. Government company, or any officer or other employee of that Government or Government company or any person authorised by that Government or Government company for any damnw caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Ordinance.
