Section 30

The Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited (Nationalisation) Ordinance, 1984.Ordinance · 1984

(1) The Central Government, may, by notification, direct that all or any of the powers excrcisable by it under this Ordinance, other than the powers conferred by this section, section 3) or section 32, may L.ISO be exercised by such person or persons as may be specified in the notification.

Delegation of powers.

(2) Whenever any delegation of power is made under sub-section (J), the person to whom such power has been delegated shall act under the direction, control and supervision of the Central Government.
