The Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited (Nationalisation) Ordinance, 1984.Ordinance · 1984

(2) The Centra] Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Ordinance.

Power to make rules.

(2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-—

(a) 1he time within which, and the manner in which, an intimation leferred lo in sub-section (J) of section 4 shall be given;

(fc>) the manner jn which the moneys in any provident fund or other fund referred to in section 14 shall be dealt with;

(c) any other matter which is required to be or may be, prescribed.

(J) Every rule made by the Central Government under this Ordinance shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before each House of Parliament while it is in session for a total period of thirty days which may be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions, and if, bfeforo the expiry of the session immediately following the session or the successive sessions aforesaid, both Houses agree in making any modification in the rule or both Houses agree that the rule should not be made, the rule shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be; so, however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that rule.

32. Jf any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Ordinance, the Central Government may, by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of tills Ordinance, remove the difficulty :

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the appointed day.

(b) Arrears in relation to contributions to be made by the companies to the provident fund, Employees' State Insurance Fund, Life Insurance Corporation premium and any other arrear under any law for the time being in force.

Post-take-over management period:

Category 11— Principal amount of loans advanced by—

(a) the Central Government;

(b) a State Government;

(c) banks and public financial institutions;

(d) any other sources.

Category III— {a) Any credits availed of by the companies for the purpose of carrying on any trading or manufacturing operations, other than the liabilities specified in sub-section (2) of section 5.

(b) Any dues of State Electricity Boards or other Government and semi-Government institutions against supply of goods or services, other than the liabilities specified In sub-section (2) of section 5.

(c) Arrears of interest on loans f.nd advances.

Category IV—

(a) Revenue, taxes, cesses, rates or other dues to Central Government, a State Government or any local authority.

(b) Any other dues.

(a) the Central Government;

Category VI— Princ pal amount of 'unsecured loans advanced by—

(c) banks and public financial institutions;

(d) any other sources.

Category VJ.l—
