(1) संपरी8क संपरी8ा �कए जा रह ेिडिजटल लॉकर सवेा �दाता से Q वतCं होगा और वह कोई साOटवेयर या हाड5वेयर व�डर नहa होगा या वह उI त िडिजटल लॉकर सवेा �दाता को सवेा या उपQ कर0 क� आपूAत नहa कर रहा हो ।

(2) संपरी8क और िडिजटल लॉकर सेवा �दाता का संपरी8क और संपरी8ा �कए जा रह ेप8कार से िभG न स ेकोई िव�मान या योजनागत िवU तीय, िविधक या अG य नातेदारी नहa होगी ।
