(1) These rules may be called the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Recruitment, Salary and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Deputy General Manager, Private Secretary, Personal Assistant, Stenographer, Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA) and Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
