Section 4: Resignation

(1) A member may resign his office by a letter addressed to the Chairman.

(2) The office of the member shall fall vacant from the date on which the resignation of such member is accepted by the Central Government. (3) The Chairman shall communicate the acceptance of the resignation of the member to the authority at its next meeting.
