Section 4: Members of Authority.

The Jammu and Kashmir Development Act, 1970Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 21 of 1970

(1) The Authority shall consist of [12] members including a [Chairman and Vice-Chairman] all of whom shall be appointed by the Government on such terms and conditions as the Government may specify.

(2) The members of the Authority appointed under sub-section (1) shall hold office for such time as the Government may by notification determine.
