Section 3-C: Aiding the offender

The Egress and Internal Movement (Control) Ordinance, 2005 (1948 A.d.)Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 5 of 2005

Notwithstanding anything contained in the [Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)], any offence punishable under sections 3,3-A or 3-B shall be non-bailable].
