Section 29: Cancellation of registration

The Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical Council Act, 2014Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 7 of 2014

At any time after a para-clinical establishment is registered under section 28 of the Act, the Council may cancel such registration if it is satisfied,––

(a) that the terms and conditions of registration are not being complied with ; or

(b) that the person in whose name the para-clinical establishment is registered has been convicted of an offence punishable under the Act ; or

(c) that any other person including a juristic person who has been convicted of an offence under the Act is associated with another juristic person or other para-clinical establishment.
