At any time if it is brought to the notice of Inspector Cum Facilitator that the registration of any shop or establishment has been obtained by misrepresentation or suppression of material facts or by submitting false or forged documents or false declaration or by fraud, therefore requires to be revoked, the Inspector Cum Facilitator shall, after giving an opportunity of being heard, to the employer of the shop or establishment, cancel the registration and remove such establishment from the register of establishments in the manner prescribed.
