Section 7: Closing of a shop or establishment to be communicated to the Inspector cum Facilitator

The Jammu and Kashmir Shops and Establishments (Licensing, Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2025Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 6 of 2025

The employer shall notify to the Inspector cum Facilitator within thirty days from the date of closing of the business that the establishment or the shop has been closed for the business in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
