Section 8: Change in the particulars of registration certificate or business

The Jammu and Kashmir Shops and Establishments (Licensing, Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2025Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 6 of 2025

The employer shall notify to the Inspector cum Facilitator within thirty days any change or amendment required in the registration certificate in such form and manner as may be prescribed. The Inspector cum Facilitator on receiving the information shall make necessary changes being satisfied about the correctness of the information received shall make necessary changes in the records and registration certificate so granted and communicate to the employer.
