Section 7: Term of office of the Members

The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 4 of 2002

The term of office of the members, other than the ex officio members, shall be three years :

Provided that a person shall cease to be a member if he ceases to hold the office by virtue of which he is appointed or nominated, as the case may be, as a member.
