Section 8: Resignation of the Members.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 4 of 2002

(1) Any member, not being an ex officio, may resign his office at any time by tendering resignation in writing to the Government and such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office as soon as the Government accepts his resignation.

(2) A co-opted member may resign his office at any time by tendering resignation in writing to the Secretary and such member shall be deemed to have vacated office on the acceptance of the resignation by the Board.
