Section 8: Appointment of employees of the Board

The Jammu and Kashmir State Sheep and Sheep Products Development Board Act, 1979Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 1979

(1) The Board shall have the following officers who shall be appointed in consultation with the Government :––

(a) [Managing Director] ; and

(b) [Financial Advisor].

(2) The Board may appoint such employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act.
