Section 9: Salaries and Allowances.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Sheep and Sheep Products Development Board Act, 1979Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 1979

(1) The members of the Board shall be entitled to draw such honorarium and travelling expenses or salaries and allowances and be subject to such other conditions of service as may be prescribed.

(2) The employees of the Board shall be entitled to receive from the fund of the Board such salaries, allowances, travelling expenses etc. and shall be governed by such conditions of service as may be determined by regulations.
