Section 16: Right of members to move proposal

The Jammu and Kashmir Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2021Central Rules · 2014

(1) Any member of the Committee may send or deliver to the Chairperson notice of any resolution with a copy thereof proposed to be moved by him at any meeting of which notice has been sent.

(2) Such a notice shall be sent or delivered at least forty-eight hours before the date fixed for the meeting.

(3) The Member-Secretary thereupon shall with all possible dipatch cause to be circulated such resolution to every member in such manner as he thinks fit.

(4) Any resolution so circulated may, unless the meeting othewise decides, be considered and disposed of thereat.
