Section 36: Submission of reports and returns

(1) The Town Vending Committee shall prepare every year an annual statementof its accounts within three months after the completion of the financial year and shall also be uploaded on the designated website and also submit it to the Municipality.

(2) Every Town Vending Committee shall furnish from time to time, the return as required under section 30 along with the details specified in Form IV to the Government.
