Section 37: Interpretation and removal of difficulty

The Jammu and Kashmir Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2021Central Rules · 2014

If any difficulties arise in implementing the provisions of these rules or for interpretation of any rule, the matter shall be referred to the Government and the decision of the Government thereon shall be final.
