Section 57: Penalties

Jharkhand Inland Vesseels Rules, 2020State Rules of Jharkhand · 1917

Any breach of provisions in these rules shall be punishable with Imprisonment for a term which may extend to 6 months or fine which may extent to 500 rupees or both.
