जो कोई इस अ1ध6नयम या एतदधीन बनाये गये 6नयमF के Bकसी उपबधं का उkलघंन करता है, तो वह दोष �स4K होने पर तीन माह तक का कारावास या पचास हजार Zपये तक का जुमा@ना या दोनF से द�डनीय होगा तथा लगातार उkलघंन करने पर �थम बार ऐसे उkलघंन के �लए दोष �स4K के पjचात जारM उkलघंन के दौरान �6त)दन एक हजार Zपये तक का अ6त[रaत जुमा@ना लगेगा।
