Section 31: Energy Losses

(i) The transmission customers shall bear average energy losses In the transrnisslon.systsrn as estimated by the State Load Despatch Centre and approved by the Commission. The energy losses In the. transmission system shall be compensated by additional injection at the injection polnt(s). The Information regarding average energy losses for the previous 12 .months shall be posted cm the website of the State Lciad Despatch Centre STU and Licensee(s).

· (ii) Open access customers availing distribution service i.e. wheeling of I electricity distribution system shall bear average energy losses in the distribution .

system estimated by Distribution Licensee for. th1:1-voltage level applicable to such open access customer and approved by the Commission. The energy loss in the f distribution system shall be. compensated by additional Injection at the points of injection to the dlstrlbutlon system.
