Section 25: Cross subsidy

25.1 The cross subsidy shall be reduced gradually and 111 a phased manner.

25.2 The Commission shall be issuing a drait regulation, in accordance with ::;,H:tion 61 (g) of the Act, and as per powers defined under Section 181 of the Act.

1'11u Commission shall also set out the methodology for computation of surcharge fllr cross-subsidy compensation in terms of Section 42(2) of the Electricity Act..
