Section 213: Prohibition for laying water pipes and construction of latrines and cesspools

Subject to such terms and conditions as may be provided by regulations for from time to time, the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer shall have the power to prohibit –

(a) laying of water-pipes in any place where water is likely to be polluted, or

(b) construction of latrine or cesspool within six meters of any well, tank, water-pipe, or cistern, or
