Where assessors are appointed to advise a Tribunal under sub-section (4) of Section 7-A or by the Court, Labour Court or Tribunal under subsection (5) of Section 11. the Court, Labour Court, or Tribunal as the case may be. shall in relation to proceeding before it. obtain the advice but such advice shall not be binding on it.
