Section 22: Other conditions of Service

The Jharkhand State Civil Courts Officers and Staffs (Recruitment Promotion Transfer and other Service Conditions) Rules 2018State Rules of Jharkhand · 2019

The condition of service in regard to matters not covered by these Rules shall be governed by Jharkhand Government Servant (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 2016 and any other Rules /Regulations/Circulars and notifications etc.

as applicable to other state government employees.

23. Relaxation - The High Court alone shall have power to dispense with or relax the requirements of any of the provisions made in these Rules to such extent and subject to such conditions as it may consider necessary in appropriate cases.
