Section 50: Power to purchase or lease by agreement

Jharkhand State Housing Board Act 2000State Act of Jharkhand · Act 263 of 2000

The Board may enter into agreement with any person for the acquisition from him by purchase, lease or exchange, or any land or any interest therein which may be acquired under Section 49:

Provided that if the value of such land interest exceeds fifty thousand rupees, the Board shall not enter into such agreement without the previous approval of the Government.
