Section 51: Power to dispose of land

Jharkhand State Housing Board Act 2000State Act of Jharkhand · Act 263 of 2000

Subject to any rules made by the government under this Act, the Board may retain, or may lease, sell exchange or otherwise dispose of any land, building or other property vesting in it and situated in the area comprised in Housing Scheme.
