Section 19: Oath of affirmation and appointment of Election Agent

(1) Every candidate shall at the time of filling the nomination or at any time before its scrutiny of nomination take oath of affirmation if Form 12 before the Returning Officer or Assistant Returning Officers as the case may be:

(2) The Candidate if he so wishes may appoint his Election Agent by making an application in Form 13 to the Returning Officer.
