Section 53: Manner of consultation under Sub section (1) of section 69

The Jharkhand Wakf Rules 2004State Rules of Jharkhand · 1995

(1) The Board shall issue a notice in Form 60 to the Mutawalli concerned and also to every such person interested in the Wakf, regarding the scheme to be framed under sub-section (l) of section 69.

(2) The Board shall examine the objections or suggestions to the scheme received in response to the notice under USB-rule (1) and shall accord approval to the scheme with any modification as it may thinks fit.
