Section 65: From of Application/ Plaint/Appeal for Interim Orders

Every application for an interim relief in a suit or in other matter presented in the Tribunal shall be supported by an affidavit in prescribed form 79 and with facts relevant to the matter.

66. Court Fee:

(1) Every application, plaint or memorandum of appeal or an application for execution to other application in respect of recovery or possession shall be accompanied by Court fee as prescribed in schedule I and II of court fees Act, 1870 (Act no Vii of 1870 as amended time to time.

(2) No notice summons or other process to the tribunal shall be issued, and no such application for certified copies of orders, documents or other records shall be granted unless proper fee as specified by the Government by notification is remitted.
