Every Notice to Defendants/ Respondents in application/ suit / Appeal shall be sent and served through Registered post with acknowledgement due at the cost of the parties pressing the matter. Where the Tribunal is satisfied that there are reasons to believe that any of the party is evading service of notice or for any other reason, the notice is unable to be served by ordinary means, the tribunal shall order for further legal procedure service of notice as per provisions of order 5 or rule 20 of code of Civil Procedure 1908.
