Section 70: Sitting of the Tribunal

The Wakf Tribunal shall ordinarily hold its sitting between 10.30 AM. to 1.30 P.M.

and 2.30 P.M. to 4.3O P·.M. There shall be a lunch break for one hour from 1.30 P.M. to 2.30 P.M. on every working day.

71. Hearing and disposal- Every application, suit or appeal filed before the tribunal shall be heard and disposed off in accordance with the procedure set out for hearing of suits and appeal in the code of Civil procedure and the Bihar Civil court Rules of the High Court of judicature at Patna (Civil) 1968 or any other Rules framed there under by the Government.
