Section 73: Execution or orders under Sub-Section (8) of section 83

Any party to the proceeding seeking enforcement of any order of the Tribunal shall obtain Certified copy of the order passed by the tribunal which will be treated as decree and prepare a petition according to order 21 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code in form of application for execution of decree given therein and will be executed either by Munsif or Sub-judge of the area having jurisdiction for the same in accordance with the provisions of Civil procedure Code expeditiously and after execution of the D.P.

(Delivery of Possession) the action taken may be reported to the tribunal which have passed the order.

74. Form of Receipt for Court fee etc- The Tribunal shall issue a Cash receipt in Form 81 in respect of money collected by it under the Act of Rules.
