In the Karnataka Excise (General Conditions of Licences) Rules, 1967, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 17-A, for the words “In the event of death of the licensee or the lessee”, the words and figures “In the event of death of the licensee or the lessee on or after 01-01-2000”, shall be substituted.
