ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಬಕಾರಿ (ಸನ್ನದುಗಳ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2024.State Rules of Karnataka · 1965

In rule 23 of the said rules, after the third proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- “Provided also that, subject to rule 5, other restrictions specified in the first proviso shall not be applicable to the shifting of such discontinued CL-2 (Retail Shop) licences revalidated and renewed in the event of death of the licensee or the lessee on or after 01-01-2000”.
