Section 10A: Registration of discharge certificates

The Karnataka Agricultural Credit Operations and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1974.State Act of Karnataka · Act 2 of 1975

Where any document creating a charge or mortgage has been registered in accordance with section 9 and the details thereof noted in the record of rights under section 10 and the liability under the financial assistance has been discharged, the credit agency shall issue a certificate to that effect and the provisions of the said sections shall, mutatis-mutandis, apply to the registration of such certificate and to the deletion of the entry made in the record of rights.]1
