Section 37: Fee Regulation Committee

Azim Premji University Ordinance, 2009State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 14 of 2010

(1) There shall be a Fee Regulation Committee constituted by the Board of Governors which shall consist of the Principal Secretary/Secretary to Government incharge of Higher Education or his nominee as a member and the Chancellor, as chairman of the committee, and three other members nominated by the chairman.

(2) The committee shall lay down the procedure and modalities consistent with the statute for fixation of fee structure for all the academic programmes.

(3) The fee structure so proposed by the committee shall be placed before the Board of Governors for approval.
