Section 7: Transfer of movable and immovable property

The Basavakalyan Development Board Rules, 2005.State Rules of Karnataka · 2005

(1) The Board shall not dispose of by sale or exchange or alienate any movable or immovable property, the value of which exceeds rupees one lakh without prior approval of the Government.

(2) The Board shall also dispose of unserviceable goods as per the provisions of Karnataka State Financial Code, 1958 after obtaining previous approval of the Government.
