Section 8: Procedure to amend the schedule

The Basavakalyan Development Board Rules, 2005.State Rules of Karnataka · 2005

(1) The State Government may by notification in the official Gazette give one month's notice of its intention to amend the schedule.

(2) After the expiry of one month from the date of the notification under sub-rule (1) and after considering the objections, if any, received within the said period, the Government may amend the schedule by notification in the Official Gazette.
