Section 79: Design of Electronic Voting Machines

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (Election) Rules, 2021State Rules of Karnataka · 2020

(1) The provisions of this chapter shall apply wherever electronic voting machine is used in during the conduct of elections.

(2) Every electronic voting machine (hereinafter referred to as the voting machine) shall comprise of two units, a control unit and a balloting unit and shall be of such design as may be approved by the State Election Commission.
