(1) Candidates whose names are included in the selection list prepared under sub-rule (2) of rule 5 shall be appointed by the appointing authority in the vacancies in the order of which their names are found in the list after satisfying itself after such enquiry as it may consider necessary that each of the candidates be suitable in all respects for appointment.
(2) The inclusion of name of a candidate in the list published under sub-rule (6) of rule 5 shall not confer any right of appointment.
