Section 2: Amendment of rule 3

The Karnataka Education Institutions (Recognition of Primary and Secondary Schools) (Amendment) Rules, 2024.State Rules of Karnataka · 1995

In Karnataka Educational Institutions (Recognition of Primary and Secondary Schools) Rules, 1999 (hereinafter referred as said rules), in rule 3, after sub-rule (4), and entries related thereunder the following shall be inserted. namely:- "(4(a) In case the application with processing fee for recognition is rejected the processing fee shall be valid for maximum three times for recognition in the same academic year.

(b) Where an application by a private educational institution is rejected three times in the same academic year, such institution shall submit a fresh application with a further non-refundable fee as specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 3."
