Section 3: Amendment of rule 4

The Karnataka Education Institutions (Recognition of Primary and Secondary Schools) (Amendment) Rules, 2024.State Rules of Karnataka · 1995

In rule 4 of the said rules, in sub-rule(3), for the words "and shall be for minimum period of ten years", the words "and shall be for period of ten years for the first time renewal and permanent for the next time subject to provisions of sections 36 and 39 of the Act," shall be substituted.
