Section 6: Amendment of rule 8

The Karnataka Educational Institutions (Issue of No Objection Certificate and Control) (Amendment) Rules, 2023State Rules of Karnataka · 1995

In rule 8 of the said rules,-

(i) for the words "the Government may pass suitable orders based on the recommendations of the Commissioner by considering the following documents," the words "the DDPI may pass suitable orders based on considering the following documents," shall be substituted; and

(ii) for item (b) and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(b) A physical inspection report of the school or institution by the concerned Taluk Block Education Officer."
