Section 7: Amendment of rule 9

The Karnataka Educational Institutions (Issue of No Objection Certificate and Control) (Amendment) Rules, 2023State Rules of Karnataka · 1995

In rule 9, in sub-rule (2) of the said rules, for the word "de-recognition", the words "derecognized and Further, such institutions shall be debarred from seeking NOC for a period of two years" shall be substituted.
