Section 5: Annual Statement of Accounts

The Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2001State Rules of Karnataka · 1999

(1) Annual statement of accounts of the Commission shall be submitted to the State Government in Form 2 within six months of the close of the financial year ̤ The Annual Statement of Accounts shall be accompanied by the audit report̤

(2) The Statement of accounts hall normally be presented to the advisory committee before submission to the State Government or at least at the meeting immediately following the submission of the accounts to the State Government.
