Section 4: . Amendment of rule 8

The Karnataka Forest Department (Allotment of Government Quarters) (Amendment) Rules, 2014State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

In rule 8 of the said rules in sub-rule (2),-

(a) for the word “Clause” the word” sub-rule” shall substituted; and

(b) after the words “received by him from his house” the following shall be inserted, at the end, namely:- “not less than as specified in sub-rule(1)”
