Section 5: Amendment of rule 9-

The Karnataka Forest Department (Allotment of Government Quarters) (Amendment) Rules, 2014State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

In rule 9 of the said rule,-

(a) in sub-rule(l), in clause (v), for the words "Bengaluru Metropolitan City" the words" Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagar Palike area" shall be substituted;

(b) in sub-rule(2) and (3) for the word "allotte" the word "allottee" shall be respectively be substituted;

(c) in sub-rule (4) and (5) for the words "any local or adjoining Municipality .or Municipal Corporation" the words " Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagar Palike" shall respectively be substituted; and

(d) in sub-rule(6), for the word "rent", and for the figures "11", the words "Licence Fee" and the figures "13" shall respectively be substituted.
